Over twenty years experience in coordination and management of technical projects, large and small, in greenhouse, power, controls, monitoring and information systems in the mining, processing, power, water and wastewater industries. A further three years in technical support roles in the mining, processing, petrochemical on and offshore oil and gas, building services, manufacturing and marine sectors.

Director/Principal of Alberfield Pty Ltd since 2008, previously Director/Principal of Axial Consulting for 4 years, an engineering consultancy providing services in regards to project management, risk management and risk engineering in the resources sector. Over twenty years experience in risk management and loss prevention in an industrial context, technical engineering requirements for safe, energy efficient and reliable operation within industrial plants, project management of "green" and "brown" field projects, design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation and control system equipment - especially in critical or hazardous applications, electrical equipment and its maintenance within Hazardous Areas.

Over twenty years experience in the resources sector, eleven of which as Laboratory Manager of the Electron Microscopy Section for Rio Tinto. Relevant tasks included monthly reports, planning and arranging workloads, maintenance of vital scientific equipment, communicating with senior management, presentations, safety design and implementation, laboratory information management system (LIMS) design and implementation, ISO 14001 implementation, budgeting, data management and interpretation. Development of safe systems and work procedures followed by review of implementation.
Mark Wendt

Over twenty years experience as a mechanical engineer and project manager working in the water, alumina, nickel, iron ore, gold, gas transmission and power generation industries. Significant experience in developing and rollout of Alcoa's Major Hazard Management System; a multi-site project addressing the major hazards and safeguards against these. Has held the role of "Project Risk Manager" for a large scale project. Has held "Lead Engineer" roles on design, implementation and commissioning of projects - which has included various safety related reviews of constructability. Trained and experienced in HAZOP facilitation.

Over 20 years experience in Energy Systems investigation, analysis and solutions with implementation management. This experience includes renewable energy systems such as Solar, Peltier Effect, Organic Rankine Cycle Systems, EEO legislation compliance, EEO / NGERS legislation compliance assistance and Greenhouse gas bench mark determination, Energy Efficient design specifications for new plant, implementation of energy savings modifications and Education of employees on greenhouse gas emissions and their impact on the environment. Familiar with European and USA standards including KKS, TUV, NFPA and Gas Code AS3814 (AG501).
